If your having lots of back pains or just want to strengthen yourself I recommend Pilates Power Center. When I started working out with Paula 20+ years ago I could barely walk. Now I am stronger, less pain and have more energy.

I have been with Paula for about 9 years now and there is no doubt that this is the best thing I have ever done for myself. The classes are great and I feel energized after each session.

I am a relatively new client to the studio and I am thrilled to be taking classes with Paula and her staff. I have had dozens of instructors over the years and I couldn't be happier with the group classes. I leave every session feeling like I have had a great workout, and my body feels great! My rating: A+
