Excellent studio with great equipment. I have been a client for over 10 years. Ardy is a great instructor with years of experience in understanding the art of Pilates. Her instruction has provided me with the strength and ability to continue to enjoy an active and athletic lifestyle. I would highly recommend her and her staff for a long term workout experience.

I am very happy that I found Ardy and her studio! Andy has a nice cozy studio, and every time I go there it makes me happy! The studio is inviting, very clean with lots of different equipment. Easy parking.

Pilates with Ardy is the best thing I've ever done for myself! Ardy is incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated to helping me improve my strength and fitness while protecting the injuries that I already had. This is a lifetime commitment for me. My daughter attends the small group classes and loves them, too.
