We recently stayed at the resort for 4 nights in the beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse suite. My sister’s and I booked the trip arriving the last Sunday in September and departed on Thursday for our mom’s 80th birthday. The staff, including Sam, Kyle and our wonderful server for brunch, Charity all went above and beyond to make the trip memorable for us all. I Wish we knew the names of all the staff, as each team member we encountered, were exceptional. The room was even more beautiful in person than on the website. The views, from the front ocean suites, unparalleled. If this is not enough, the Lido dining, including room service, surpasses many a 5 star venue. We would return for the food alone, but luckily all other areas were equally impressive. We had such an amazing time, we have decided to return each year knowing there is nowhere better to stay when visiting Pismo Beach.
