Alpine Air installed a minisplit system in our new home, including an outside condenser and two head units. They did such a poor job that we ended up having to have it redone by a different company a year later. The condensate line PVC installed in the walls was muddy. It looked like it had been lying around in their yard. My husband replaced it with new PVC. Jason drilled random holes in our studs, then realized they were in the wrong place and redrilled. So now our studs that are supposed to support the house look like swiss cheese. He used the wrong size connection to the condenser line. I had Jason Woods install my AC unit a few years ago in Pioneer and he was professional and did a great job, however my unit unfortunatley went out over the weekend and I left a message on the office phone for a service call. I called back first thing Monday morning and the office lady advised me she would check with Jason to see about scheduling a service call as Jason makes his own schedules?I called back 3 hours later to see if Jason could schedule me as I did not get a call back. The office lady told me she had no idea when I could get a service call as she had no idea what Jason's schedule was but it would be at least 2 weeks before Alpine could get to my house.......This... read full review
