Our hot water heater broke, and our regular plumber was away. He recommended using ONLY this plumbing service. We are so glad we got this great recommendation! Donnie came out right away and confirmed that the heater had broken irreparably and was still under warranty. As soon as the plumbing supply store reopened, he drained and uninstalled the old heater, drove it out of town to the store, exchanged it for the new one, and now we have a brand-new hot water heater for just the cost of labor! He was polite, punctual, and efficient--exactly what you hope for. I highly recommend AWC Plumbing.
I own a home in Phelan that recently had a plumbing issue. From what I'm told, it was a bad leak over by the water heater. My tenant called AWC plumbing to come out and see what the problem was. Donnie came to the home asap, did a free inspection, found the problem and immediately starting working on it. I realize that it was late in the day and on a Saturday so I was very happy that my tenant would soon have running water again. After the repair was completed Donnie advise me that I still had a leak running under my foundation but he couldn't get to it that day. After speaking with him he agreed to go back and finish the additional leak and did not charge me for it. I appreciate someone who takes pride in his work and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. My kitchen faucet would only barely stream Hot water. Two previous plumbers couldn't figure out what was wrong. They thought it might be my pipes. Donnie checked and discovered it was the faucet, even though it was a good brand and barely a year old. I ordered the faucet through Amazon and scheduled his installation. Less than an hour and he installed the whole thing for $100I now have hot water in my kitchen sink againI'm so happy!! I highly recommend him he is professional and proficient and tidy.
