After 30 years of dealing with constant repairs to our Flat Roof, we finally decided to go for a new one. Got many estimates and did a lot of research into the best method. The "oldtimers" wanted to do the "rip off the old one and tar and gravel a new one". That is SOOOO 1980's. The younger ones had several different methods, most of them way too expensive. The more I read the research, the more i liked the Silicone Method. It's fairly new but highly preferred by experts especially for the "Dreaded Flat Roof".
