I hate getting finger prints done so I called and asked if appointments were needed. Was told, "No, just walk in." I walk in was first in line of about 10 that wasn't moving due to an altercation between a man and the worker about a late fee. My application and ID got taken and I was told to stand to the side. All 10 and maybe even more were taken care of before I was ever even seen. After all slowed down I was asked if I needed something and I was hella irritated that I was overlooked and forgotten about. I could've rightly turned into the man mentioned earlier and created my own scene instead I just decided I don't need to return to this particular establishment.
The best UPS in the area! The ladies at this location are always friendly and helped a great deal when I needed my package rerouted. So professional and we are so grateful for all their help.
The only thing I really use UPS for is returning Amazon packages now and then and I've been to this store a couple time and got in and out relatively quick. There's never been a line here that I've seen, not to say it doesn't happen because other UPS stores I've been to always have long lines. But so far so good. Glad to have a place like this I can run in real quick, get my receipt and be on my way, which is how it should be.
