Sloan's Green Cleaners & Laundry

I been a customer for sometime and I forgot to pick up my items and not even a courtesy call to remind me to pick up my clothes and when I tried to pick up they already sold my clothes and the man just keep saying we need the money terrible customer service

I had been going to this dry cleaner for many many years . Let me tell you they do not care about customer loyalty . I had some clothes ruin there, after complaining about it, it took them several days for them to wanna even take responsibility for what the have done. the customer service is horrible they do not care about customer or even ruining clothes . I will be reporting them to the better Business Bureau !!

Be careful, I uses to take my suits here, but i forget, i left a suit there because i have alot, but i kept looking for one of my favorite suits, ? So i remember because i do travel and forgot, it was at the cleaner Sloan's. I received no phone calls, or text like my other cleaners Angel Cleaners who text or call you that your items are done.
