Nailport Express offers a good value with prices starting at $30 for a manicure and pedicure. While the work can be sloppy, with mistakes like cuts from nail clippers and crooked nail cuts, the staff is polite. The massage chair is a plus, but the overall atmosphere is not relaxing due to loud conversations. On the other hand, some clients have had positive experiences with great customer service, wonderful jobs on pedicures, and reasonable prices. One technician, Diane, takes her time and delivers a good value.
