Been coming to this location since 2019 and here's my rundown of why I chose this rating and why now: 3/5 Based on experience with reception as they seem to be clueless when inquiring general questions. They are also unwelcoming and a bit impolite but hey, I'm here to work out not make friends with them lol so whatever. -5/5 For the overall cleanliness of this gym. The janitors here are usually on the floor and are quick to pick up any messes left behind from patrons. They're also very kind so please acknowledge their efforts:) I've been to several LA Fitness locations around the area (Montebello, Alhambra, Downey) and those locations are unmatched in terms of sanitation and facility upkeep. -5/5 The class availabilities and schedules are widely accessible here. I really love the consistency of the Yoga and Zumba Instructors here. -5/5 Experiences for the morning yoga group as well as the am/pm zumba group led by Luz Silva. The Morning yoga group here are incredibly sweet, outgoing and an overall positive experience with their members and instructors. As for the morning and evening Zumba group with Luz, I highly recommend dropping in. Luz Silva is by far one of my top instructors to look out for as she is easy to follow, has killer tunes and beats, is highly considerate and not pretentious nor snobby which is very hard to find in the Zumba Community. What sets her classes apart from the rest is her supportive interactions with her students. She is quick to know who is new, greets them (one-by-one sometimes) and gives them tips on how to safely move your body to avoid injury-which is a rarity in group fitness's. Luz also has a big following and has many usuals in attendance; mostly the ones who are in the front. Many, in fact, are zumba instructors themselves:) Which is another reason why I love her class, everyone in the front knows the choreography so well that it gives the rest of the participants behind them to follow the steps more easily and gives the people in the back a chance to learn the choreography correctly as well. Overall, the participants here have been considerate, respectful, highly enthusiastic and appreciative. This facility has been extremely consistent over the years and continues to do so. Is it perfect? Absolutely not. Have I experienced unpleasantness from members? Yeah sure mild experiences but that's normal everywhere. Has any unpleasant experiences continued to disrupt my workout routines? Nope, nothing critical to deter me here. If you find yourself constantly in cahoots with someone or something...the problem is most likely a YOU problem. Again 5/5 for this location because to me consistency is everything and this place has maintained that. Happy work out

I love coming to this gym because of my Zumba instructor Luz! I enjoy her class so much because she participates with all her class and motivates us all. Great music and great choreographies!

Cool gym. There's all types of classes from yoga to cycling! The staff here is generally pretty friendly and kind. Also this place is pretty clean as well. My only concern is that machines sometimes take a while to fix.
