Septic Control did a very nice job from start to finish. If you live in Phelan, Pinon Hills, or Wrightwood definitely give these guys a call. They are a small family business and they are very nice folks. I had my septic system pumped and it took them less than an hour. They were on time, polite, kind, and efficient. Also, they speak Spanish which may be helpful for a lot of people. These folks were clean too. They didn’t make a mess and they were fun to chat with while they were pumping everything out. They rinsed the tank clean, literally! Very nice job! I really appreciate a local small business that does a great job!!!! Thanks and I’ll be using you next time!

I needed my septic tank pumped. I called Septic Control on a Friday and they were on the other line so they didn't answer. However, I left a message and a nice young lady returned my call within 5 minutes. I indicated I needed my septic pumped. She asked me a few questions to make sure I was ready for them to come out. I told her I wasn't in a hurry so next week would be fine. She said "How about next Tuesday between 10AM and noon. I said perfect! They showed up on time, called me when they arrived at my gate, and I waved them around the side of the property they needed to be. I had already dug up the lids. So the tank was open and ready to pump. They got out of the truck and greeted me immediately and introduced themselves by name. One of the gentleman turned around and started pulling hoses from the truck and the other gentleman was making polite small talk with me. They hooked up a water hose to my hose bib and used a tool to break up the floating stuff. Bottom line they had it pumped, the interior rinsed, and everything back on the truck in something like 45 minutes. They were FAST AND CLEAN. They were less expensive than anyone else. I paid by debit card on the spot and they gave me a paid in full invoice! Super nice guys and I will definitely be using them every time I need my septic system pumped. It's a family business and the dad is striving to get it going well for his children! I think that's awesome! Oh and by the way they are bilingual (English/Spanish). I'm very impressed with this local family. They have a customer as long as I live up here!!! Thanks for doing a great job folks! Much appreciated!

My Husband And I Been Going To Them For A While Now And They Have Always Kept In Contact If They Were Gonna Be Running Behind Etc. Not Just That They Only Service Rvs Etc On Friday’s With That Being I Called Them And I Needed To Find Out If They Can Come Out ASAP Not To Mention They Were Already Closed N Still Answered My Call N Was Able To Book Them To Come Out First Thing The Next Morning I Absolutely Am Satisfied With Them And The Drivers That Come Out Always The Sameness Ones Very Respectful Thank You Septic Control For The Business You Guys Provide
