Heritage Victor Valley Medical Group: Phelan Clinic

I filled a yelp review and I am new at this technology. Dr Ayass and his assistant Tammy are caring and knowledgeable and they schedule so we aren't waiting in room with people coughing. They are on time. Being a very busy business woman in Wrightwood I appreciate the care and ability to be seen in a timely manner. Dr Ayass is new to our area and I highly recommend this wonderful office

Dr. Guerrero is a great doctor. We have been seeing him now for a few years and he is always nice, caring, listens, takes his time and tries his best to find out what is going on. Recently he is out and we had to make an appt with the other doctor there (Dr. Bahjat Ayass) and he was TERRIBLE. I will never see that doctor again and will wait for Dr. Guerrero to return. I had a phone appt for routine stuff and he was so dismissive, did not take his time, refused to do blood work that Guerrero has been checking, ended with a rude and abrupt "is that it?, Bye." Whole appt lasted 8 mins. Besides Dr. Ayass, this office and Dr. Guerrero are great.

Dr listened to me and asked questions. I felt he was concerned and explained his plan to order tests and possible referral to specialist Dr. I appreciated this a lot. Previous Dr visits resulted in lab orders and or referral w/o explanation from Dr. Dr Guerrero is a caring medical doctor.
