I have been going to Heritage for about 4 years. Always a great experience. Dr. Ayass recently moved to Phelan, and I go see him in that office even though its way out of the way for me. I trust Dr. Ayass so much. He's very transparent and honest with me about my health and takes my concerns seriously. At the Victorville office, the receptionists know me & are always really helpful and friendly. I get A LOT physicals, vaccines, TB tests, forms signed, etc that I need for school the last 2 years. The office is small (this is a good thing IMO) and the front desk staff are very friendly. The MA was personable and efficient. DNP Ida took her time to listen about new symptoms I was experiencing along with my migraines and immediately suggested a referral to a neurologist. I felt understood and taken seriously. Although this office is about an hour away from where I live the atmosphere and professionalism of everyone makes it worth the drive.
I'm very grateful he's my mom's dr. He doesn't just say oh well, and give out abx.
He thinks about the problem and then tells you the plan. He thinks outside most boxes. Great dr!
