The WORST bank I have ever done business with period. They have no branches, no ATMs and it's simply impossible to do business w/them online. You are better off just giving away your money and hitting yourself in the head with a hammer. In the end, it will be less painful for sure!
This review is not only for the location listed but for the company as a whole And it's customer service when calling in; I have had a bank account since I was a teenager and I have tried to have an account at as many big name banks as possible to see who was the best over the years, I am now 45 years old. In all this time I have had good and bad, (a lot of bad )experiences with other banks including this one. But at no other bank have I ever experienced the amount of constant errors on their part with my personal checking/banking account in terms of the pending transactions and completed transactions. This bank constantly cannot keep up with current transaction events. I check my bank account every day to watch the fluctuations and make sure that payment went through or when something is pending and when it is completed, and this bank constantly completes transactions and then sends that transaction back up to pending again at a later date. I've even been charged twice for things that I should not of been because transactions just reappear in the pending after I've already saw the money be debited from the available balance, only to be taken out again and diminish the sum once more. They also rearrange the order in which transactions take place, in my case; debit purchases. When I call in, the customer service is not unfriendly, but not very helpful either , and they treat you like you just don't understand banking, and that's why you're confused. One time when I called because my paycheck that was deposited was not showing as in the bank, I freaked out and called, and the lady told me that they were having technical issues and to check back later and it should be there. Which it did , proving to me that their computer system isn't all that great. To be honest the only reason I am still at this bank is because I am too busy to make the changes to my automatic withdrawals that I have set in place. But I have already opened other bank accounts and transferred most of my direct deposit over to them so that I could begin the process slowly of letting go of this stupid company that causes way more headaches than they're worth. And one final note on the Petaluma,California branch, ...RUDE.
