Good haircut and was surprised you can get a hot or cold towel while shampooing your hair. They also offer shoulder massage with theragun kinda thing. Only been twice and neither time were there any sports on the TV's lol. Would be cool if they just put on ESPN or something instead of a TNT movie. The TV in the waiting area wasn't even on at all last time I went. Checkin is easy on the app and it's usually not super busy so wait times are minimal. More stars if they start living up to the name sport clips. Happy with my haircuts though!
What a great place. The punch card system is lame to get a free haircut...I have complained about this crappy reward system for years now and no f ing response. You use an app to book your apt but get a paper punch card to get rewards? Ugh. Management never responds and I am so tired of it...only complaint.
Really nice, great environment. The Checking in process is a little clunky but at least they are making an effort unlike some other places. They offer all the nice services as the other branches and the cutters are good at what they do even if you don’t want just a razor fade.
