Sonoma Marin did an excellent job replacing the foundation and framing for two levels of decking plus a bedroom. This job was not for the faint of heart as my home is on a steep hillside with limited access and the old structure was in rather poor condition. What stood out with Rick during the bidding process was the amount of forethought he put into planning, which I believe helped avoid unnecessary overruns as the project got going. Not to mention his crew is exceptional - professional, considerate, and kept the worksite tidy. I won't hesitate to hire them again for future projects.
