I have been getting my nails, fingers and toes, done here for the last year and a half. The staff is amazing. I did a lot of manual labor with my hands this week and managed to break a nail. I called them around 6:30 PM and got their answering machine. I hung up without leaving a message thinking I would call the next day. Within 30 minutes of me calling them they called me saying that they missed a call from me. I explained what I needed and they fit me in the next day during my lunch hour to fix my nail. They go above and beyond being the BEST NAIL SALON in Petaluma!!! I will never go to any other salon ever, as long as they are around. They get 5 !!!
It took me awhile to find the right nail salon and I'm so happy with this place! The atmosphere here is so Zen and CLEAN! I highly recommend getting the Deluxe Pedicure the most relaxing and comfortable experience. I love getting my nails done by Ms. Katie she is so friendly and good when it comes to doing my nails! I love this place to the point where I will drive the extra 20 minutes to get my nails done at Shangri-La rather than at a place closer to my home. All the technicians are friendly and talented, and it's easy to schedule an appointment online or over the phone. A technician by the name of Day is one of my favorites. He's super nice and always does a fantastic job. However, you can't go wrong with any of their technicians. They also have really comfortable massage chairs for pedicures. I highly recommend Shangri-La Nails!
