“We are very happy we hired Jaan to do our metal roof. He went way above and beyond. We had already made a down payment to another roofing company but they were not responsive and we couldn't even get color samples from them. Jaan gave us a reasonable price and then installed the waterproofing on our roof at the last minute on a Friday evening because rain was expected. We hadn't even given him a down payment at that point. And he went out of his way to make sure the rest of the roof was done before the heavy rains started. He also went to great lengths to comply with some out of the ordinary requests we had. Since we are going to collect rainwater from the roof, we didn't want anything toxic on it. He was incredibly responsive throughout the whole process and even coordinated with our plumber, etc. to make sure all the roof penetrations were done. I also like the fact that he double-checked everything with me before moving forward. We have worked with a lot of contractors during the building of our house but I have to say that Jaan was the most thorough, considerate, and easiest to work with. And of course we are very happy with our roof. It is beautiful!“

“Update: My previous review was when I was working with a job foreman who is no longer with the business and the job was rushed and not up to par. The owner was out at the time (no fault of his) and thus didn't have the normal oversight that he would have had on the job. After being contacted by the owner we worked together to get my issues corrected as well as have some new work done which turned out very well and that I am very pleased with. As such I would consider working with them again in the future.“

We called several roofers, and Henris was the only one who came out THE VERY NEXT DAY to repair the leak on the spot. It literally took them 2 hours from start to finish. Next the painters came, was really impressed with their work. Really attentive to the details. Really did a good job on handling any of my concerns with fixing imperfections I had brought up. Super impressed with the job they did!
Finally, Sean Steele made the project go smoothly. Kept me informed on the schedule and each step of the overall project. When he came out for the ending inspection he was helpful to recognize a few really minor touch up areas which I missed.
