Called today for service and they don't care about business. They pick and choose who they want to service. Very discriminatory. I wouldn't call them again!!

These folks are so nice and helpful, I'd recommend them to anyone with fridge/freezer needs. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH. We have a commercial walk-in freezer, they've been out here a small handful of times over the years, and when I recently called (and spoke to Jerry himself) he actually remembered our exact setup. He troubleshot with me over the phone and saved us the cost of a service call. They are efficient, friendly, and cost-effective. Go with Jerry!
