Everyone here is so kind and helpful. I was checked in on time, the exam was quick, and Nick was very helpful in helping me choose frames and selecting the right options for the lenses. I wasn't sure which frames I liked and he helped me pick styles that would look nice with my face shape/hair/ect. He even went above and beyond and fixed my broken frames! They have a great selection of frames and they're not over priced.

I have always had good service here, friendly staff. I have had different eye doctors and all have been good. I just went in and had Dr. Tseng for the first time. He was great, explained everything he was doing and why. I found that was so helpful, I didn't have to ask questions. I usually just get the eye exam.

For the past several years My eye examinations have been at Petaluma Kaiser. This year was exceptional as I got safety glasses, computer glasses, sun glasses and corrective lens glasses. Linda insisted that I get scratch insurance that I did not feel I needed...but she emphasized it. Sure enough a short time later the lens' In my primary glasses were scratched. The insurance saved me a lot of money. While she was helping me I could not help noticing her bright blue eyes were framed in the most beautiful blue abilone shell design I had ever seen. I asked her where she got them and to my delight it was right there. I ordered a pair right then. Since I wear glasses during all my waking hours it's amazing to own fun glasses that flatter me.
