Kaiser Pharmacy used to be really great at mailing my drugs IN A TIMELY MANNER. About 4 weeks ago, I put in an online order, as usual....2 weeks of Crickets. Tried again about a week later. Still nothing. Put the order thru by ph. several days later. BIG FAT ZERO. Called and talked to a Pharmacist who said that my order would now be sent. STILL NOTHING a week later and no indication that it had been sent when we checked the UPS tracking. Called today when we saw that UPS had nothing headed my way and was told that my credit card had been declined. A CALL ON THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE.

March 6, 2023- Covid-19 restrictions have ended. However, there's a small sign at the main entrance that says "Cover Nose and Mouth." Hmm, how do you do that? Well, I simply put on a mask. Staff was super friendly and helpful giving me directions. I had no problems here.

Most convenient and organized location. Tremendously understaffed due to doctor/staff shortages, but their doctors and nurses are absolutely the best, and are trying hard to keep up with the growing numbers of older sicker patients that require longer appointment times.
