Northbay Sunspace recently completed removal of an old sunroom that they replaced with a customized pre-fab roof with recessed lighting and a fan providing an indoor-outdoor space for my garden area. The company was very conscientious with the details every step of the way and checked numerous times before proceeding to ensure that I was happy with their decisions about anything that needed to be addressed. The outcome far exceeded my expectations as I had a huge concern about light. I have an art studio that would be affected by insufficient light adjacent to the space. I opted for three skylights but honestly, it is brighter than expected and might have been just fine without them. Mike and his son Chris oversee things and not only did they provide me with instructions on how to apply a super cool finish to the cement slab myself so I can keep the cost down, they are unexpectedly helping me obtain a couple of windows and some glass. The crew were super professional and the finished job looks seamless. Despite the long wait time for installation due to COVID (6 months) which should be improving now, I can't say enough about them and I'm not one to write reviews. This is my first review on YELP. Give them a call if you're in the market.

My wife and I got many different estimates to have the sunroom of our dreams put together. After contacting lots of Sunroom companies we settled with the Sunroom company that was in Petaluma where we live. Mike sent his crew out and within 2 to 3 weeks time they built us an absolutely wonderful all three wall glass room with a solid roof. They gave us an absolutely wonderful price and did the best job I think anybody could ever do we are extremely grateful and have friends for life thank youService: Patio construction

They were FANTASTIC. I had 2 pergolas put in. 2 years later one slightly leaked and they came out FOR FREE to fix it. I have had no other problems with them and they are 15 years old now. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!Service: Accessory building construction
