Made an appointment based on a friend's recommendation. I am very lazy about hair care and super picky about getting it cut-total contradiction, I know, but there you have it. Linda is an absolute MIRACLE WORKER!! Such a nice person and an absolute genius with hair. I could not be happier.

The salon is fine, but one hairstylist, Jamie, is just horribly flaky and extremely unprofessional! On several occasions she called the day of or the night before to cancel the appointment. Then when I showed up for a full highlight, which was meant to fix her poor job from our previous visit, she told me that she didn't have time for a full, even though a full one was scheduled.
