We are very happy we hired Jaan to do our metal roof. He went way above and beyond. We had already made a down payment to another roofing company but they were not responsive and we couldn't even get color samples from them. Jaan gave us a reasonable price and then installed the waterproofing on our roof at the last minute on a Friday evening because rain was expected. We hadn't even given him a down payment at that point. And he went out of his way to make sure the rest of the roof was done before the heavy rains started. He also went to great lengths to comply with some out of the ordinary requests we had. Since we are going to collect rainwater from the roof, we didn't want anything toxic on it. He was incredibly responsive throughout the whole process and even coordinated with our plumber, etc. to make sure all the roof penetrations were done. I also like the fact that he double-checked everything with me before moving forward. We have worked with a lot of contractors during the building of our house but I have to say that Jaan was the most thorough, considerate, and easiest to work with. And of course we are very happy with our roof. It is beautiful!

I chose Metal Roof Systems to install my standing seam metal roof because since metal roofs is all they do they would hopfully be able to do so in a way that would be both functional and beautiful. Metal roofs are more expensive than standard roofs but they last twice as long, are fire resistant, and have a modern, innovative appearance. I could not be more pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Jaan Schoon and his crew. Great communication throughout the project and always informed me about options and how to cut costs. Thank you Jaan!
