My laptop keyboard died and I couldn't wait the 2 weeks someone else said it would take to replace it and wasn't happy about spending $270 either. Alistair said he couldn't help me, but did suggest I buy a wireless keyboard as a quick and cheaper fix. $27 dollars later and I am back in business within hours! If I need computer help in the future, I will definitely call Matthew IT Services!

What a FIND! I asked friends for recommendations and checked Yelp for its reviews of IT services in Petaluma and saw consistent Rave Reviews for Matthew IT. As a confessed technophobe I needed an expert to transfer files from my old Dell PC to my new Dell PC and set up the new one. I couldn't be happier with Alistair's service and professionalism. After about 3 years with another IT guy who moved out of Petaluma (who my partner and I were kinda sorta okay with), it was refreshing and welcome to find a tech nerd with PEOPLE SKILLS that our other guy seriously lacked. We can't recommend Alistair more.

This is a 'people' business, where the only rating is the people involved and the quality of their work. My experience with them, as we mutually struggled to work with software and a reluctant LAN was reassuring that the solutions were solid, and that they have my back if anything goes awry. A very pleasant experience with an unpleasant task.
