“I was looking for someone who did prenatal massages with some pressure. All the massages I've gotten during pregnancy feel like someone is just rubbing lotion on me-- it's like they're afraid to put any pressure on my body. Larae assured me she would give a great deep tissue massage and she definitely followed through. She was super responsive via text when booking an appointment. Her space is inside a larger office building but it's easy to find. It has great ambiance and is cozy. She gave one of the best massages I've ever had. She gives deep pressure but it isn't painful. She was really sweet and we chatted for a few minutes at the start, but eventually I drifted off and almost fell asleep a few times. Not only is she a great masseuse but she has some of the most affordable prices I've found ($60 for 60 mins; $90 for 90 mins). A few things to note:-she takes cash or check only-you can't book online (but easy to do so via text)-Google maps said the entrance to the office building was off McDowell but the only entrance I found was Southpoint Blvd-she mentioned she is closed on WednesdaysBook her. You won't regret it!“

“I've been going to rejuvenate massage for 8 years now, on and off through college and after. Marcie has been absolutely critical to my continued athletics. I've had lots of treatments from deep sports massage to cupping to stretching. I look forward to my massages and the move to upstairs location this year has been really nice!! More space and availability. I always look forward to massages as the are the best part of my day/week/month!To me the most important part is the quality of massage Marcie and Nicole give. I have not found this quality anywhere else. I play ice hockey, in the last years I've done ultra running among other sports, and am extremely physically active. Having support from them and pinpointing what's going on in my body when I'm having trigger points, pain, or even when I'm feeling great has been the most important part of staying an athlete. They helped me work through endometriosis pain and knee injury, and now as an almost 27 year old I'm feeling great to play ice hockey again!The space is extremely calming and clean. Nicole and Marcie use good smelling oils (I'm very smell sensitive so this is important to me) and address my needs individually and effectively! I always leave absolutely relaxed and happy.I'm extremely thrilled with the expansion of Marcie’s practice as this has allowed them to bring in Nicole, another massage therapist.Marcie books up fast and it's amazing to trust someone else at the same location for massage. Nicole is amazing and I feel extremely supported in this facility with the combined talents to get a holistic treatment. Additionally they now have a chiropractor and another man who does treatments like cool sculpting and Botox. I know people who have seen them both and love their treatments. Every aspect of the practice is run efficiently--both the therapists and the front office personnel. Everyone is friendly and kind.If they don't have an available appointment immediately, they will put you on a waiting list and call you when they do have availability. What other medical practice does that? Thank you Ci Ci and Theresa. The therapists are certified and well-trained to teach you the movements that will improve your functioning. And, they will be hands-on gently to help you obtain proper form (so important to your recovery). The practice is well-equipped with all kinds of supports. such as straps, balls, pulleys, cushions. I have been working with my therapists for months now and every time I am there, I learn new exercises or information that is moving my recovery along. They are simply the BEST.“

“Melissa is an incredible massage therapist. I have seen her for many different types of massages, including hot stone, Swedish, deep tissue sculpting, and trigger point release. And I am hoping to see her soon for Lomi Lomi! I always leave feeling so relaxed and blissed out. I have been in a few bad car accidents and have a lot of upper body issues that many massage therapists are not able to address without causing me some significant pain. I don't know how she does it, but she works some magic in those painful spots. Highly recommended!“
