To the lady who came out to say, "That's too loud." when referring to my son, bless your heart.As far as I know, the stairwell next to your suite is a public space. Not only is it public, but the need for you to come out because a 30 lbs two year old was making too much noise going up the stairs - for a measly 2 minutes, is baffling.So actually, no, I'm not sorry.I hope your day is as pleasant as you were to us.

As a fiduciary, I often have new clients who are years behind on their taxes. Mary works in a forensic way methodically and completely catching them up and negotiating with the IRS to minimize penalties and interest.
