We moved to Sonoma county in the spring and the house had wood floor that was a bit orangish for us. We wanted to refinish that and also install some new flooring in other areas. We contacted a few installers in the area. We ended up going with Mark because he was very down to earth and would be the one on-site and in charge of the work.

We had many unexpected difficulties from pulling the engineered floor, thickness of the floor, slopes, gaps, dealing with built-in refrigerator, and door frames. He took his time to do things well -- his attention to detail and precision were remarkable. The end result? We love our new floors!

Mark and his crew are top notch. They refinished the entire downstairs of my oak floored home and it looks just fabulous. The finish he recommended shows all the depth of the grain of the wood. It is so beautiful that I just about don't want to put the furniture back in. From start to finish Mark was responsive to my requests and Johnny-on-the-spot getting the job done. It is always apprehensive when you bring in someone to your home that you don't know but he and his crew are the real deal. I so appreciate his integrity and dedication to his craft. I am looking forward to using their services again when I start my upstairs project.
