We've been going to Michael for over 15 years and through his knowledge of the human body he has been able to keep us healthy and active! Anytime we have any pain he can quickly figure out what needs to be done to take care of it. My husband's recovery from surgeries has greatly improved due to working with Michael. Prior to Michael I had constant back pain that would always come and go. Since working with Michael I haven't had any and have no worries of lifting anything heavy. He's one of a kind and you'd be lucky to be working with him!
I've been seeing Michael for many years. I originally was referred to him as I was on the verge of having shoulder surgery. I am happy to report after working with Michael, I did not have the surgery and my shoulder is as good as new! I still see Michael every two weeks for a body "tune-up" whether I think I need it or not (and he usually proves to me I need it)! I have learned so much about my body, overall wellness, foods to incorporate into my life and movement. He is unlike anyone else I've ever been to for my overall body health.
I first started seeing Michael almost 9 years ago when I injured my rib. I am now almost 33 years old. He helped me heal my rib through stretches and body work and completely changed the outlook on what kind of food I should be putting in my body. Fast forward some years I went on to have two kids and Michael helped me get into optimal shape for both of my pregnancies and heal from childbirth. Micahel is not just like any trainer, he is a holistic practitioner that has a wealth of knowledge on the body. If you are looking to workout, learn to eat real food, breathe correctly, stretch or even receive body work for aches and pains then Michael is your guy.
