Brandin is a superior Technican and while he was touring and inspecting my property, he answered all my questions and concerns. With his work order, another exceptional representative, Tom implemented the repairs necessary to keep my cat, Alberto (The Serial rat Killer) from chasing mice/rats into my home; into the water heater closet and he secured all my doors with improved door shields. Chris from Crown & Shield treated my front porch quickly and efficiently today. Chris was very professional and cordial. I also had a very nice experience with Aurora in their office who scheduled me right away.

I’ve used Crown for about 3 years. When a recent application didn’t fix the problem, they were happy to return quickly at no charge. The second application fixed my serious ant infestation in every room of my house.
