Very unprofessional. Lady didn't show up to my appointment. Was very mad. And the people who work there don't even acknowledge you at all. Will never go back there. The younger lady doesn't even look at you. Worst customer Service ever.

I went here for a haircut yesterday 10/31/2022 and was absolutely unsatisfied with the service at Angelica's. The lady that helped me asked me what kinda haircut I wanted, aside from telling her what I wanted, I showed her a picture as well. She told me she got it and after only 10 min she said she was done. I thought she was barely starting seeing how she had only done the bottom of my fade and nothing on the middle which needed cutting. She told me that she was following the shape of my hair which made no sense since I wanted a different style from the picture and what I told her and had agreed to. She then told me that she would cut it the way I wanted it but it would be another hair cut which meant charge me twice. I didn't want to argue and was supper annoyed that she had to charge me again saying it was like getting a second haircut. I'm the end she did cut it (again) but still didn't come out exactly how I wanted it. Definitely never coming here again, don't get scammed from this place like I did!

I liked the atmosphere the moment I walked in. It felt relaxed enough to want to take a nap. I liked watching the TV during my blow out even though I don't speak Spanish. Seeing Ricky Martin working out on screen made me laugh. My cut is exactly what I wanted, looks amazing, and I didn't have to spend half my paycheck. My grandma would have loved window shopping in their boutique section. I hope their business is here for a long time. Love.
