They actually fixed my van. Unlike Thompson Dodge in Placerville who gaslit me about the damage and then made it worse. Then the service manager here reached out later to make sure I made the 4 hour drive home safe.

Previously I have been shopping around at a much larger dealership and on line but I chose to work with Tammy at AutoWorld because of her professionalism, depth of knowledge about the truck I was interested in and that she did not present herself like the traditional "car sales person". Tammy has followed up and made sure my experience was great and wanted to see if there was anything else I needed for my truck. I would definitely refer Tammy and Auto World to my friends and family.I also want to mention I worked with Kevin in Finance and he was prompt and professional following up on the process to make sure it went smooth.
