I had have my hair and my daughter's hair done at this salon before the pandemia and they always did ok. I was surprised to see the bad reviews. I tried to make appointments at other salons but none had appointments, so i called and made an appointment the same day; no other salon in Perris had appointments for next day. I had my hair colored, highlight and trimming and the stylist did a wonderful job. I am very satisfied. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because although they are cordial, not rude, as they said in some reviews, they can do better. I dont know the name of the stylist, I did not ask she did not offer, nor she offer a card or anything.

I went in looking for a simple clean up all I asked for was a taper I specifically told him not to cut my side so short just the bottom portion because all wanted was a cleanup, they cut my sides super short and all the way to the top I wanted nothing cut from the hair on top because I'm trying to grow my hair they didn't listen to what I asked for do not waste your money here.

No AC, flies and hair every where apparently they don't sweep between clients. On the bright side they have a George Michael lookalike where is easy on the eyes, he warrants the 3 stars.
