We freaked out reading the reviews after the fact that the groomer had our dog in the van. While her overall grooming turned out great and she wasn't traumatized. The groomer guy seemed to be on some sort of mood altering substance and I'm saying this in a very careful way. We won't be using this service again due to the price being insanely high and the groomers obvious use of substance.

This was my email to them of the incident: Okay so the first thing I was charged the full amount when I booked 4/18/24. On 04/19/24 the appointment was in the morning between 0700-0900 hours the groomer was late and by the time she got here the appointment had to be rescheduled. I was told no problem since you already paid the full amount you'll receive an email or call back for reschedule. None of that happened so I called myself of 04/23/24 and scheduled an appointment for 1500 hours. The groomer got here early and he took my cat. Half way through the appointment he comes to the door with my cat still not fully dry and I'm told my cat was not able to be dried or completed the cut because he was "difficult" one would think you guys are the professionals hence why I booked the service. On top of that my cats tail received a laceration as you can see in the pictures attached. All in all horrible service and not what I expected by any means. I was baffled that even after that, I was told I had a "balance" of $80 something dollars for what? I paid the full amount on 04/19/24. It was confirmed on a recorded line so you should be able to replay that for confirmation. I have also attached proof of our banking statement. I hope you realize how unprofessional this whole situation is. I attached before and after pictures as well so you can use it as reference to how shitty the cut was. No groomer has ever charged me that much, hurt my pet, and on top of that demand more money.

After reading all of the reviews how is this company still doing business. I had my yorkie done on Friday and they shaved her and she to is in pain they cut her nails so short they are bleeding. Again I ask why are they in business!!!! They were 30 minutes late to the appointment and they took over 2 hours. All my dog needed was a trim and a bath. Please do not use them for anything and they were very expensive and want there money up front. Because if you had to pay after service no one would pay. Again do not use this business ever!!!!!
