Very responsive with texts and always accommodating when you speak to any receptionists. They were able to helped me and some co workers with last minute emergencies. Even reached out personally to check on me and offer advice for after operation treatments. Never had a dentist treat me so well as to call after their business hours and move their schedule.

recently I had an app. I noticed GUN magazines on the table. i gave it the office manager and said this must be here in error. she said no he wants them there. especially that one. I spoke to the dentist about it. to no avail. Today recieved a letter that said I was FIRED as a patient of the practice! sign for my dental records to be sent to my new dentist. WOW where is the human compassion for so many have been hurt by gun violence. I wasnt expecting to see that magazine at my local family dental office.

I brought both of my kids today for the first appointment. What a phenomenal staff! The doctor was hilarious and totally disarming, yet professional and thorough. The staff from the front office to the hygenist were very friendly and great with kids. I definitely made the right choice for a dental office for our family! Thank you dr. Sheppard and staff for making this such a great experience!
