Mike is an old, old-school barber. In other words. Perfect. My dad would of loved this. This ain’t a day spa or salon, it’s a barber shop. I expect Bogart to wander in at any moment. It’s a classic. And I’m grateful for the no-nonsense, straight up service and conversation. Complete with an assortment of historic 49’r gear and memorabilia. (And he agrees that Jerry Rice #80 was one of the greatest wide-receivers ever.) Great stuff. Outstanding shop! This is a true classic.
Nice and clean shop! Family owned and operated, Mike and Tanner are a grandfather/grandson duo and they are great at what they do! I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a great barber!
Tanner hooked it up with a clean cut. Used mostly scissors, which you hardly see anymore. It was also hilarious to listen to his commentary during The Herd. I am from San Jose, but will definitely need to hold out on a cut until I am back up at the lake. Well worth it.
