“Pete and his business partner Carolyn just closed a transaction for a good friend of mine down here in Orange County California. The property was in Templeton and had been in his family for several generations. It had gotten a little too much for him to take care of and the thought of selling it after all these years was very overwhelming. Pete and Carolyn set him at ease from the moment they met him.
