Horrible horrible horrible customer service. After waiting one month for a return call after submitting an online inquiry for an estimate, 3 voicemails later and another month passed.... Finally came out and completed measurements. Not the friendliest person. And now weeks later still no estimate or response to follow up texts. Don't waste your time!! Only getting one star because I have to.

Two voice mails and one e-mail and I STILL can't get anyone to respond to my request for an estimate. I understand contractors are busy, but ignoring potential clients is just bad business.

I've seen their work around SLO county and it is always so beautiful! They do artistic concrete staining so that businesses can have their logo in their concrete, which I've seen at a few vineyards in Paso. They also did the floor at the nail salon I go to. It amazes my what can be done with concrete stain. It turns out my house wouldn't be a good fit for it (raised foundation), but they are always nice and the phone and the work I've seen is so glamorous.
