I had never done yoga before, and am a bit introverted so I was nervous about the entire experience. But when I met Jillian, not only did she make me feel at ease but she was also exceptionally attentive in helping me navigate the movements and working with my skill level and ability. The restorative portion of the session really helped me reach another level of calmness at a difficult time in my life, it was very healing to be still and just be and Jillian was right there guiding me through. She is amazing and the staff is amazing, this place is AWESOME!

I was given a gift certificate to ZenPaso and was lucky to get Maria. She is methodical and intuitive about what on my body needs work. She goes the extra mile to listen to my woes and encourages me to be my best self both physically and mentally. I’ve sent my family to ZenPaso as well, they have always agreed it is amazing.

Maria is absolutely the best massage therapist I have experienced. Her gentle demeanor is quiet, calm and “zen”. Lovely atmosphere and very relaxing. Simply the best. If you haven’t experienced her… you need to.
