I started going here last year after I started bleaching my own hair. I was desperate to get it fixed and so I started going to see Jess after my sister recommended her. Jess is incredible at what she does. Not only did she fix my bleached hair, but she was able to return it back to how it used to look, and then some. She is very easy to talk to and always does her best to make your hair look how you want. If someone is looking for a reliable, good quality salon this is it. I have been seeing Jessica for all my hair needs for many years! She’s taken me from very blonde to my natural dark brown without every ruining the health and integrity of my hair. She’s cut it short and helped me maintain it long. I have a TON of hair that is naturally curly, frizzy and unruly, but I always leave loving whatever Jess does to it! Jess can seriously handle it all! Plus, not only does she do amazing work, she treats her clients like friends and family. Highly recommend Jessica at Pacific Valley Salon.
