First time there. Went to get new nails he nick me under my nail it hurts. Did a bad job on my nails they were uneven the nail tips. Had glue all over my fingers. And he would throw my hand back after he filed them, don't like their service for freaking 80.00 not worth it I will not be going back.

I always walk in for a pedicure. Alex does a fantastic job every time. They are both very personable and I get a great pedicure at a reasonable price. I would never bother to take my chance anywhere else! I had a very bad experience at another local place before I started going here a couple of years ago. This place is very sanitary and it has TVs to watch while they work on you.

When my 17-year-old daughter and I first got to the salon we were happy but surprised that there was only one other customer. They greeted us and made us feel welcome. My daughter was giving a fill from a set she got from another salon and I was getting a new set. The very nice lady started with my nails but then Alex finished them. At first I felt he was friendly but then he kept scolding me for being too tense and then blamed me for holding my hand wrong and making the gel slide. So then I tried to hold my fingers straight and he kept scolding me to relax and quit being so tense. But it seemed no matter how I held my fingers it wasn't right. And that was making me more tense! He told me that I needed to chill out and take a chill pill and why was I so tense? I wasn't about to tell him my life problems, it's none of his business. When he was done with my nails he went to do the artwork on my daughters nails. The first thing he told her was to not be like her mom. My daughter and I are very close and this statement made her very upset. He kept saying your mom is too tense, She needs to take a chill pill. I have been to quite a few salons and I have never had anyone make me feel so uncomfortable and like I am such a burden while getting my nails done. There was a lot of the liquid left on my fingers that we had to peel off. Our nails are thick and bubbly. My daughter took hers off in a couple of days. I told them since I am in the medical field I need is my nails to be on the shorter side. After they were clipped they said that I could have them shortened if I needed to but they never asked me if the length was OK so I left with nails that were too long. I could've said some thing but I was so stressed from the constant scolding. I was just anxious to get out of there. I was disappointed because when we walked in it seemed like it was going to be a great place but we both left disappointed and upset. We will not be back and do not recommend.
