Great glasses, excellent service from Kimberly. She recommended my new glasses from a photo shown to her by my sweetheart. They are perfect for me, light weight yet very sturdy and they say they look good too.

I was here for a wedding and 4 hours away from home when I realized I forgot my contact lenses. I have terrible eyesight, so not having a pair of contacts is pretty terrifying. I called a few places and was given no solution.. I called Michael's Optical right before closing time and the man who answered calmly reassured me that he had the correct prescription and could give me a pair. He totally saved me and I am so thankful for the kindness that was shown to me during a very stressful situation!

My dad broke his glass frames after a night of one too many glasses of wine. His lenses were fine but he had to tape the frames in the middle. We are visiting from out of town and just wanted to replace the frames. Although they didn't carry the frames he had as they were over three years old, Kim found them online. She helped us pick out frames that would fit his lenses as his current frames were discontinued. After we all stopped laughing, Kim wrote down all of the information needed so he could call his optometrist to order them to arrive when they get home. We didn't buy anything but couldn't have been more impressed by the help provided by Kim and her colleague.
