    If I could give 0 stars that would be more accurate. Terrible customer service, we've been a client for 10+ years. We received a letter along with 100+ other long time clients (according to the front desk) saying they no longer can service us due to staffing issues in December. Not even ample notice to find a new accommodation. If you're looking for a company who is trustworthy actually cares about their clients, look elsewhere! The unprofessionalism is almost unbelievable. Highly do not recommend.

    Previously I was quite happy with the service I was provided, but this year it was horrible. They are attempting to move to communicate more online, which I would normally support. What I am frustrated with is that they have increased their fees 10% but yet their service level has decreased. I am now responsible for printing out my own forms and obtaining my own envelopes to submit my tax payment. They even send their bill electronic and again expect you to print it and use use your own envelope as they only except payment via check (I would support this if I could pay online without an additional fee). That also becomes a mess when they only send it to one email address (Glenn Burdette - you do realize that I don't have access to my husband's email and it's not 1950, he isn't the only one who pays the bills!). Don't increase your fees to cover your new online system and decrease your customer service, that's a great way to lose customers.
