Absolutely the worst job ever! I paid $320 for a 10x12 carpet area, one couch and one chair to be cleaned. They were here for 2 hours. Everything is disgusting dirty and smells now. I contacted them for a refund and they refuse. They can't even speak english well so hard to deal with.
Horrible service. I called and told them that I was moving in and wasn't positive what cleaning would be required. They arrived on site and quoted $360 for cleaning bathtubs, cabinets, ceiling fan, and tops of appliances. They didn't clean the cabinets with more than a wipe, didn't clean the top of the appliances, didn't clean the bathrooms well, etc. They said they'd be here until 7pm and left early. I had them come back and they refused to clean the other bathroom to my face and blamed me for poor expectations, when I didn't choose the quote, they did! The second cleaning I just assumed would be fine but they didn't do what I asked. When I called to complain, they blew me off, my wife called, and dismissed her and lied saying that I had told them I didn't need most of the services. They didn't clean anything they said they would after 2 cleanings.
