I have had the same plumbers for 13 years. Called 7 weeks ago with a leak from the bathroom sink. 5 weeks into this service call. I have been waiting for a call from them to see what the next move was. Originally, I was asked to wait until I received a call from them as I needed certain measurements for an odd size handle for what I was told was broken.My bill was 150.00, 7 weeks later i am still waiting to hear from them.Raphael, a member at my gym, heard me talking about my plumbing issues. Offered to take a look at it himself. Came by, he ran to Lowes and came back, then within 15 min, the part he replaced was not broken. The seal was worn. I will not mention the plumbing companys name on this post. However, I will praise 101 plumbing on their negative review. Thank you, Raphael.

My house was backed up. They arrived on time and cleared the problem. Saw that a connector was missing from my toilet, brought one in and secured my toilet to the floor. In and out in less than an hour.Services: Toilet repair

These guys were great!! I would highly recommend them and i would definitely be calling them for all my plumbing needs. They were on time and he kept me informed of what was going on. We cut into a pipe and made another small cut in another but instead of trying to charge us more he assured us it did not need to be repaired but if we really wanted him to he could fix it. They are the best priced, reliable, honest and definitely can't be beat.
