uMove Pilates is a fantastic new studio. It is a hidden gem! Located on the 2nd floor of a building in the 700 block of Washington Blvd, you will find an unassuming, comfortable environment perfect for a workout. Reformers, chairs, and an outstanding instructor who provides personalized attention and instruction to all of her clients.

Fusing classical principles, fluid movement & precision, with more contemporary athletic techniques, you can achieve noticeable results in a shorter amount of time. We do require grip socks for all clients, for safety and hygiene reasons. Interested in a more private, tailored experience? We offer 1 hr Private Pilates Sessions too.
