Very helpful staff! It help builds up self-defense, confidence, discipline, and teamwork.Be a True Black Belt!
Poor form. The schedule they posted online was not up to date, so I battled Friday rush hour traffic only to find that the class I brought my preschooler to attend was not being offered. While the staff greetings on arrival were plenty friendly, neither thought to wonder why we had brought not a lick of sparring gear for the upcoming (it turned out) sparring class. So they let us sit there for 10 minutes, for sh*ts & giggles. I finally asked whether the little kids class was on, they said no, so we turned around and hit the road again.
Friendly atmosphere, patient master, clean gym and well-designed gym. Easy to find street parking
