This is my longer overdue review for tony. Tony helped with my first home purchase back in 2015. He was patient with me as a new buyer and explained the entire process. I switched jobs during that time that required lots of traveling and tony and his team were flexible. I flew into lax late on the evening and they were able to accommodate signing all the paperwork. I highly recommend tony and will be using him again on my next purchase!

Hector Orozco was an amazing loan officer. I bought during the pandemic. I had some circumstances that could affect me getting the loan approved, but we talked on a regular basis and worked through everything very quickly. We closed in 17 days. That was really important, because I was competing with cash buyers. We were aggressive enough to put in the first offer where the sellers were extremely motivated to sell quickly. We bought the home in a very competitive and highly sought after location/city, with extremely low inventory. We bought well under market value, so much so it doesn't fall on the trend line for the home's value on Zillow. After one year we have a lot of equity in the home. If you're looking for buying, I would highly recommend Hector. Now we have a relationship with Hector, I have confidence that we can do very well for future home purchases.
