The Serenity Studio is the best hidden gem I've ever found. I've been in great hands with Vivienne for almost a year, and each time I leave her studio, I feel so much more relaxed and you can physically see where the stress was lifted off of my body. Earlier this week, I woke up with such pain in my lower back that I freaked the eff out that I somehow may have broken something. I was not able to stand up straight and felt my body wobble whenever I tried and the pain was 100 out of 10. After some googling, I definitely had a pinched nerve and was in contact with Vivienne right away to see if there were any stretches or medication that she could recommend to help (since my doctors said to take some over the counter meds and stretch). I decided to come in for a massage and requested for her to only focus on my back for an hour. There were a lot of painful spots but I know she got them all because I woke up the next day able to get out of bed within minutes and stand up mostly straight. Vivienne is a miracle worker and worth every dollar! I cannot recommend her enough and am already looking forward to the next visit!

Vivienne is absolutely amazing! She is a warm and kind person that really makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Immediately booked 5 more sessions with her after my first. She is a rare gem!!!

I was gifted a massage with Vivienne as a birthday present and I am so glad I was! She has plenty of experience as she's also worked at the Langham before. She gives you a consultation and listens to your needs. Her studio is inside Sola Salon. There's a directory once you enter and it isn't hard to find. Park in the Macy's garage (free) and walk over towards the entrance of TJ Maxx. You'll see the door for Sola in there and will easily find her studio according to the directory. If you want to give her a try, she sometimes has Groupons available. I actually upgraded my groupon into a Serenity Signature which is a full body 90 min massage including oil of your choice (I chose CBD for my achy stressed out body) -- she rotates between swedish to deep tissue/ trigger points and also puts oil in your hair during your head massage if you want it. Vivienne is not only a talented true massage healer but she is the sweetest soul! You will be lucky to meet her :)
