Great Black Friday deals, and we picked up a beautiful Christmas tree and wreath today (for an amazing price too!). Parking was a bit busy, but as long as you stay calm and not rushed you'll have a wonderful experience. We were greeted by the kindest, holiday spirited team at Home Depot and in the holiday tree area. The staff really knew their stuff about Christmas trees - I believe the tree team was also from ICI Trees. Don't forget the free clippings and hot chocolate. Our 17 month old had so much fun checking out the trees and picking out ours. Happy holidays everyone!

I would really like to acknowledge Guillermo (Plumbing dept) for his great personality and service. He assisted me with finding an item I needed for my bathroom, even though he was busy. We couldn't find the item in the isle, so he brought me to the computer, where we were able to bring up the needed dimension for me to order online. During this time, people were asking him questions about other needs and he remained so patient. GREAT SERVICE GUILLERMO AND THANK YOU HOME DEPOT!!!

I had an exceptional experience with Michael this last week at the home depot in Pasadena! I obviously looked lost, he was quick to offer help. He was incredibly friendly and went out of the way to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Way better shopping experience than I expected. I will definitely return to this store thanks to Michael! I was surprised when he said he was a solar representative but unfortunately I rent. I hope he's there the next time I go in, it's so busy in the store sometimes and hard to get help so I was really appreciative.
